Choose the right EzePanel workspace
The customer portal, server Admin Panel and hosting User Panel have different responsibilities.
Before you begin
Know whether you purchase EzePanel, own the server or manage one hosting account.
Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Use app.ezepanel.com for subscriptions, invoices, licenses, installation commands and EzePanel product support.
- Use the installed Admin Panel for server-wide accounts, services, packages, security and updates.
- Use the installed User Panel for one hosting account's websites, mailboxes, databases, files and backups.
- Ask your provider for the correct User Panel address if you do not own the server.
Check the result
Identify which workspace owns the requested action before changing settings.
If something goes wrong
A missing menu can reflect role, package features, entitlement or configuration. Switching workspace does not grant extra permissions.
