Schedule an account cron job
Run recurring application work under your account.
Before you begin
A safe known command, correct paths and permission for cron.
Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Open Cron Jobs and choose a preset or supported schedule.
- Use the executable and absolute application path expected by the host.
- Start with a non-destructive command and conservative interval.
- Save and inspect application output after its scheduled time.
- Disable jobs no longer needed.
Check the result
The application records the expected scheduled activity.
If something goes wrong
A saved cron entry is not proof of successful execution. Check paths, CLI PHP version and permissions; avoid expensive per-minute duplicates.
