Before you begin

MultiPHP enabled and an application backup or recovery plan.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Select the domain in MultiPHP Manager.
  2. Review installed versions rather than assuming every upstream version exists.
  3. Check application requirements and extensions.
  4. Save the assignment and request a real PHP page.
  5. Inspect errors and restore the previous assignment if incompatible.

Check the result

The site executes PHP through its chosen runtime.

If something goes wrong

Changing system CLI php is not the same as changing a website's PHP-FPM assignment.
