Before you begin

Fresh host metrics and an administrator session.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Open Server Health & Process Manager and check sample freshness.
  2. Compare load with CPU, memory, PHP workers and database activity.
  3. Filter processes by account/service and inspect the intended PID's details.
  4. Compare effective account limits with the observed workload.
  5. Use only permitted targeted process actions after identifying customer impact.

Check the result

The suspected resource consumer is tied to actual process and account evidence.

If something goes wrong

Do not kill system or shared-service processes merely because they are prominent in a list. PID identity can change and protected controls still apply.
