Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of EzePanel products, subscriptions and associated services provided by EzeAD Media Group Inc.

By registering, purchasing a subscription or using EzePanel, Customers agree to these Terms.

Customers must provide accurate and current registration information.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities conducted through their accounts.

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

EzePanel provides subscription-based software and related functionality.

Available products, subscription levels, features and pricing are described on the Company's website.

The specific subscription purchased determines the Customer's permitted usage and available features.

Subscription payments are processed through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Customers authorize recurring charges where automatic renewal is expressly disclosed and accepted.

Prices and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase.

The Company will not charge Customers for undisclosed subscription upgrades or additional services without appropriate authorization.

Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal frequency, applicable price and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions through the available account management facilities or by contacting the Company.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals, subject to applicable law and the subscription terms.

Customers retain ownership of their own data, configurations, content and information uploaded or generated through their use of EzePanel.

Customers grant EzeAD Media Group Inc. the limited rights necessary to process, store, transmit and otherwise handle such information to provide the contracted services.

The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

The Company will implement reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the services provided.

No software or internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their own servers, networks and accounts.

The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain EzePanel availability.

Scheduled maintenance, security updates, network interruptions, third-party outages and unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability.

Specific service-level commitments apply only where expressly included in a separate written agreement.

Support availability and service channels are determined by the applicable subscription plan and published support arrangements.

The Company may modify support procedures where reasonably necessary.

Customers must not use EzePanel for:

• Fraudulent or criminal activities.
• Unauthorized system access.
• Distribution of malicious software.
• Spam or unlawful communications.
• Copyright infringement.
• Attacks against computer networks.
• Activities that threaten the security or stability of EzePanel.

The Company may suspend access where necessary to address security threats, material contractual breaches, unlawful activities or unpaid subscriptions.

Where possible, Customers will receive notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Customers may terminate subscriptions in accordance with the cancellation terms.

The Company may terminate accounts for material breaches, fraudulent activity or other lawful grounds.

Any applicable refunds, data access and deletion obligations will be handled according to the applicable policies and legislation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

The Company's aggregate liability will be subject to the limitations described in the EULA and applicable subscription agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

The Company may modify or improve EzePanel to maintain security, compatibility, functionality and service quality.

Material changes to paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and consumer protection requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and applicable federal Canadian laws, subject to mandatory laws applicable in the Customer's jurisdiction.
