EzePanel Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Your subscription

EzeAD Media Group Inc. offers EzePanel subscriptions under the plan, price, currency, licensed usage, billing interval and renewal choice disclosed at purchase. Your order and payment confirmation identify the purchased subscription. A trial, an unpaid order and a paid subscription are different states; an unpaid checkout does not create verified paid access.

2. Billing and renewal

Where automatic renewal is selected or a recurring provider subscription is expressly offered, the checkout identifies the frequency, price, taxes and renewal conditions before payment. Automatic renewal is optional in EzePanel's Stripe plan checkout: leaving it unselected purchases one period for manual renewal. If a recurring PayPal subscription is offered, its recurring conditions are shown by that provider before approval. A paid license is issued or extended only after the existing payment-verification requirements are satisfied. Do not assume that returning from a payment page confirms a charge or activates a license.

3. Seven-day introductory refund offer

A customer or business making its first eligible paid EzePanel subscription purchase may request a refund of that initial subscription charge within seven (7) calendar days after the recorded successful payment timestamp. The period begins with successful payment, not installation, activation or first use. Requests should be submitted no later than the end of that seven-day period; the recorded payment time and the time the request is received are used to assess timeliness.

The voluntary offer normally applies once per customer or business. If the request is approved under this policy, the refund covers the eligible initial subscription fee and applicable taxes to the extent required by law, rather than a promise of a refund for unrelated purchases. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported. Payment-provider and financial-institution processing times can affect when funds become visible.

To submit a request, open a Billing ticket in the EzePanel customer Support Center at https://app.ezepanel.com/portal/tickets, use https://ezepanel.com/contact/, or email [email protected]. Identify the order or invoice and the account email. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or private keys. Submitting a request records a request for review; it does not automatically issue a refund or cancel a recurring subscription.

4. Exclusions from the voluntary introductory offer

The seven-day introductory offer does not automatically apply to renewals, additional licenses or subscriptions, upgrades, or purchases made after a customer's or business's first eligible paid subscription, unless an express offer at checkout states otherwise. Free trials and unpaid orders have no paid initial charge to refund. Duplicate or misleading accounts do not create repeated first-purchase eligibility; suspected fraud may be reviewed. These exclusions apply to the voluntary offer and do not limit mandatory rights, billing corrections or remedies required by applicable law.

5. Cancelling recurring subscriptions

Use the available Cancel subscription action under Billing & subscriptions in the customer portal for an eligible recurring subscription. Where the action is unavailable or assistance is needed, submit a Billing support ticket, contact form or email [email protected]. Cancellation must be confirmed by the applicable payment-provider workflow. The portal displays the resulting state; a failed cancellation request is not a successful cancellation.

For subscriptions using the standard end-of-period cancellation policy, future renewal is stopped and existing paid access ordinarily continues through the recorded paid period, subject to the agreement, payment status, security restrictions and mandatory law. Any different cancellation terms applicable to a subscription must be disclosed. A subscription with automatic renewal off does not need cancellation to stop a recurring charge; it expires unless renewed. Cancellation by itself does not refund a charge already paid.

6. License expiry and customer-hosted data

When a paid entitlement ends, EzePanel may restrict licensed panel-management or update access in accordance with the agreement and actual subscription state. Cancellation is not a command to erase customer-hosted websites, databases, email or files. Customers remain responsible for backups, their servers and their downstream customers. Any separately authorized deletion or server-maintenance action is distinct from subscription cancellation.

7. Billing errors and other remedies

Report duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges through the same billing channels. We review the transaction and provide applicable corrections or legally required remedies. Do not make repeated payments for a pending order while its status is uncertain. An introductory refund request, cancellation, provider dispute and billing correction are different processes and must be reconciled with the original transaction. Nothing here prevents use of lawful payment-dispute procedures.

8. Non-payment and statutory rights

Payment failures and unpaid renewals may affect licensed access under the applicable subscription and software agreement. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a consumer right, refund, cancellation, chargeback or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights applicable outside Canada. Refunds required by law or for failure to provide contracted services are considered independently of the voluntary seven-day offer.

9. Policy changes

We may revise this policy prospectively, showing its version and effective date. Changes affecting existing purchases remain subject to applicable law and the terms applicable to those purchases. An updated page does not silently replace the acceptance record for a previous purchase.
