Root or equivalent installation access; panel web processes remain unprivileged.

Public IP, working DNS, outbound package access and required inbound service ports.
Capacity
CPU, RAM and storage sized for customer workloads; final published minimums pending.
Operations
Tested backups, recovery access and an operator able to review service health.
