Current installer compatibility.
Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS is accepted and preferred for new installations. Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS is also accepted by the current installer. The installer checks the operating-system identity and rejects other releases.
An accepted operating system is the beginning.
The host still needs root access, suitable capacity, working package/network access and a compatible service environment. A fresh server image can include conflicting software or provider restrictions that affect installation.
Other operating systems are not supported by this installer.
Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, other Ubuntu releases and non-Linux operating systems are outside the current installer’s accepted OS gate. No alternative platform release date is announced here.
Do not bypass operating-system checks to make an unsupported image appear compatible. Contact the team with your intended environment if the accepted Ubuntu baseline does not fit your requirements.
Keep panel runtime and hosted websites distinct.
The installer baseline uses PHP 8.3 for the panel itself. Hosted websites have their own supported PHP assignments and resource policy. A website runtime choice does not change the panel’s operating-system requirement.
Package availability and the approved release determine the database and runtime stack. Review installation and update instructions before changing system packages or assuming that an arbitrary runtime version is supported.

Which Ubuntu version should I choose for a new server?
The current installer prefers Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS for new installations and also accepts 22.04 LTS. Confirm the approved distribution for your host.
Is every ARM server certified?
No. aarch64 is accepted by the architecture gate; that is not certification of every ARM provider image or package combination.
Can I upgrade the operating system through the panel update process?
Do not assume so. A panel update and an operating-system upgrade are different changes requiring their own supported procedures.
Can I keep another hosting panel on the same server?
The fresh installer rejects known conflicting control panels. Prepare a separate destination and plan the workload migration.
