Start with the right server.
The current installer accepts Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS and 24.04 LTS, with 24.04 preferred for a new environment. Check the supported-systems page for the exact scope; acceptance by an installer is not a guarantee for every provider image or hardware combination.
Check capacity and connectivity before provisioning.
The installer checks for approximately 2 GB of RAM and at least 8 GB of free root-filesystem space; 4 GB RAM is recommended by its readiness guidance. These are installation thresholds, not hosting-capacity recommendations. Leave room for your websites, databases, mail and backups.
The installation prepares a connected hosting stack.
The process checks the release payload, installs dependencies, prepares service identities and private configuration, initializes the panel database and configures the privileged service gateway. It then configures hosting services, workers and routing before validating and activating the candidate.
Get your installation command in the authenticated customer portal. Follow the instructions for that exact version. If installation fails, retain the log and investigate its recorded phase before using the environment.
Complete identity and first-login configuration.
Keep your server hostname, DNS and nameserver choices available for setup. Complete the administrator and organization details using the setup flow supplied with the selected release. Review notification settings separately from customer mailbox hosting.
Verify the environment before hosting customers.
Confirm administrator access, intended server identity and service health. Review worker freshness and the result of the installation checks. Then use a controlled test account to verify the website, PHP, database and other services you intend to offer.
Configure and test the appropriate backup and recovery approach. A reachable login page alone does not establish that customer hosting, DNS, mail and restore workflows meet your needs. Keep the release information and sanitized failure context for support.

Where is the installation command?
Sign in to your customer portal and open Install EzePanel for an eligible license. Keep your activation key private and follow the command for that release.
Can I install over another control panel?
No. The fresh installer rejects known conflicting panel installations. Plan a separate supported destination and migrate workloads deliberately.
Can I use the fresh installer to update EzePanel?
No. An existing installation requires its approved update procedure; see Updating EzePanel.
Does meeting the minimum RAM/storage check size my hosting server?
No. Installation thresholds are not workload-capacity guarantees. Size for your applications, concurrency, databases, mail and backup retention.
