Modify or suspend a hosting account
Change tenant policy separately from the EzePanel software subscription.
Before you begin
An existing account and knowledge of its current workloads.
Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Open List Accounts and select the account management action.
- Review its package, effective resource settings and explicit overrides.
- Save only intended changes and inspect synchronization records.
- Use available suspension controls only when necessary and communicate customer impact.
- Recheck tenant access and the affected services.
Check the result
The package and effective limits reflect the saved policy, including retained explicit overrides.
If something goes wrong
A smaller package may conflict with current usage. Review the conflict rather than deleting customer resources to fit it.
