Before you begin

Administrator permission and the intended hosting account.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Open Database Manager and select the account.
  2. Create its database and scoped user using the supported suffix/password fields.
  3. Review assigned grants and full generated names.
  4. Use protected phpMyAdmin access only for authorized work.
  5. Verify a representative tenant connection.

Check the result

Resources belong to the intended tenant and its application connects.

If something goes wrong

Changing passwords or deleting databases can interrupt customer applications. Keep private exports and never broaden to global root grants as a workaround.
