Manage Business reseller access
Reseller controls require the appropriate entitlement and explicit ownership.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Confirm reseller access on License & Subscription.
- Open Reseller Accounts and create or select the profile.
- Assign only intended owner and account relationships.
- Review package and ownership assignments before granting access.
- Verify the permitted scope using the intended role.
Check the result
The reseller sees resources granted by its actual profile and permissions.
If something goes wrong
Trial, Starter and Professional do not include reseller access. A reseller is not a root administrator and must not manage unrelated tenants.
