Before you begin

Trusted backup, explicit authorization and a fresh copy of current data.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Select the intended backup and restore action.
  2. Review which files/databases will be affected.
  3. Prefer a disposable destination to prove restoration before touching live data.
  4. Submit once and inspect the saved result.
  5. Verify representative files, records and application behavior.

Check the result

Actual restored content matches the intended scope.

If something goes wrong

This differs from panel-code recovery. Never assume an older account backup can replace newer data without loss.
