Before you begin

An independently retained backup and explicit authorization.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Identify the username and primary domain on Delete Accounts.
  2. Review the stated scope: website files, databases, email, DNS and panel records.
  3. Verify required backups exist outside the account being deleted.
  4. Enter the required confirmation and submit only for that account.
  5. Inspect the result for incomplete cleanup before retrying.

Check the result

Deletion records show the actual completed and failed cleanup steps.

If something goes wrong

Never use account deletion to troubleshoot temporary login or licensing problems. Absence from a list is not proof every resource was removed.
