Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Choose full, files or database scope in Backups.
- Create a manual backup and inspect its result.
- Set schedule frequency, time, timezone, destination and retention when needed.
- Review notification preferences and save.
- Confirm a later scheduled run and privately stored artifact.
Check the result
The job completes and its backup exists at the intended destination.
If something goes wrong
A schedule is not a verified backup. Same-server copies do not protect against total server loss.
