Create and assign hosting packages
Packages define tenant resources; they are not software subscription plans.
Before you begin
Administrator permission and a suitable server resource policy.
Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Open Packages and create or select a package.
- Set supported resource allowances, PHP-FPM capacity and optional capabilities.
- Assign its Feature List and save.
- Choose that package when creating or modifying an account; review effective limits.
- Check accounts with explicit overrides separately after changing defaults.
Check the result
The package is saved and assigned accounts show expected inheritance.
If something goes wrong
Software license limits still apply. Increasing a tenant package does not increase licensed hosting-account capacity.
