Before you begin

Exact reference, channel, installed version and correct server clock.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Record the expiry/availability reference in Update details.
  2. Check system date/time.
  3. Retry discovery after temporary connectivity recovers.
  4. Contact EzePanel support if expiry persists.
  5. Continue using the installed panel while availability is investigated.

Check the result

Fresh valid signed availability is accepted and eligible updates are discoverable.

If something goes wrong

Never disable signature/expiry checks or change metadata dates locally. Renewal does not approve a new software version.
