Before you begin

Administrator access and relevant account/domain inventory.

Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.

Follow the steps

  1. Open Automation Center and choose an offered audit, DNS check or SSL scan.
  2. Submit once and find its queue/history entry.
  3. Read scope, state, timestamps and saved result.
  4. Investigate failures before retrying; distinguish historical failures from running jobs.
  5. Follow up in the related domain, certificate or backup tool.

Check the result

The job reaches a recorded result with its actual affected scope.

If something goes wrong

Queued is not completed. A healthy timer does not prove the requested audit succeeded.
