Inspect and manage server services
Lifecycle actions can affect every tenant on a server.
Before you begin
Required root authorization and a maintenance window for disruptive work.
Use the controls offered by your installed version and account permissions. This guide describes the workflow; it does not grant additional access.
Follow the steps
- Open Restart Services or Service Manager and inspect current state.
- Identify the specific service associated with the failure.
- Use diagnostics and relevant logs before restarting.
- Use only the supported necessary action and record its result.
- Verify real website, mail or database requests afterward.
Check the result
The service is operational and the original workload succeeds.
If something goes wrong
Do not restart all shared hosting services to activate an ordinary panel-code update. Process activity is not application readiness.
