Software licensing and customer hosting are different layers.
Your EzePanel subscription is the commercial relationship for the software you use to run hosting operations. A hosting package is the policy you assign to your own hosting customers: their features, resources and account configuration.
Software plans set hosting-account capacity. Domain, mailbox and resource allowances are configured inside the panel, subject to your license. A software plan does not reserve CPU, memory or storage on your server.
Keep the commercial relationship connected.
The customer portal is intended to bring subscription, license and server information together. The installed Admin Panel manages the hosting environment; the User Panel gives hosting customers access to their own services.
Activate your issued key on the licensed server through first-time setup. Signed entitlements bind the permitted capacity to that installation. Server registration and monitoring are separate from activation.
Understand the whole license lifecycle.
Choosing a plan is the start. Activation links entitlement to the intended installation; renewal maintains the commercial relationship; a server replacement may require a transfer or reissue process.
Use the customer portal to manage activation, installation bindings, subscriptions and billing. Releasing a binding, cancelling renewal and deleting a license are separate actions. Contact support about transfer eligibility.

The shared core scope connects hosting tools, resource controls, monitoring, backup, security and recovery. Capability still depends on the installed release, configured services and administrator policy; final commercial terms will be available before purchases open.

Does each website need a separate software plan?
The approved launch structure is based on hosting-account scale. Hosting accounts and their domain allowances are different concepts. See Pricing for the current plan structure.
Are transfer limits or offline grace periods defined here?
No. Those rules will be confirmed with commercial terms rather than inferred from the licensing overview.
Is my customer hosting package my EzePanel subscription?
No. You buy the software subscription as the operator; hosting packages define the features and resources you offer to your own customers.
