Move your entitlement with a clear plan.
A server replacement needs two separate plans: moving your hosted workloads and moving the commercial entitlement to the intended installation.

Workload migration is a separate process. Transfer terms are still being finalized.
A license transfer is not a website migration.
Moving a commercial EzePanel entitlement from one server/IP to another does not copy website files, databases, mail or DNS. Those workloads need their own transfer, verification and cutover plan.
Keep the two journeys connected without treating one as proof of the other. A destination can be prepared before customer traffic moves; a successful website check does not establish the license state on either server.
Identify the existing relationship and the destination.
Gather the customer organization, existing server identity and proposed replacement environment. Explain whether this is a planned move, a rebuild or recovery after losing access to a server.
Confirm that the destination meets the installation requirements and that you have access to the backups and configuration needed for the workload move. Keep raw license keys and credentials out of general correspondence.
Transfer terms will be stated explicitly.
Commercial transfer rules are being finalized. Frequency, fees, waiting periods, overlap and emergency reissue are not defined as entitlements on this page.
Contact the team before relying on a particular transfer allowance. Do not assume that deleting a server entry, changing its label or reinstalling the operating system transfers the license.
Preserve a path back until the move is verified.
Plan the workload checks, DNS cutover and service verification independently from activation. Retain the old environment and recovery material as appropriate under the agreed transfer and data-handling arrangements.
After the move, confirm the destination entitlement and the previous installation’s resulting state through the approved commercial process. Verify websites, databases, email and scheduled tasks separately.
